From IBSA: PROGRAM COMPONENTS

Every four (4) years the Goalball Committee willl hold referee clinics and regional examinations to introduce the new rules and recertify all referees.

The International Referees program consists of four components:

Level One Referees
Level Two Referees
Level Three Referees
Course Conductor
