Canada is competing in the IBSA Americas Goalball Competition, Nov 29-Dec 3, Sao Paulo Brazil.

Women:
Nov 29 – Canada vs Mexico; Canada vs Costa Rica
Nov 30 – Canada vs Peru; Canada vs USA
Dec 1 – Canada vs Brazil

Men:
Nov 29 – Canada vs Costa Rica (friendly)
Nov 30 – Canada vs Mexico;
Dec 1 – Canada vs USA

Quarterfinals are held Friday afternoon. Semi-finals on Saturday and the medal games on Sunday morning.

On Wednesday Nov 29th, the Canadian Women won both their games, with 10-0 victories over Mexico, and Costa Rica. Emma Reinke & Brieann Baldock each scored their first Senior International goals during these games.
The Canadian Men won a friendly against Costa Rica (one of the Costa Rica players was ruled ineligible and with only two players remaining, the game became a friendly.)
